My healthy habits were 'born' from my own personal journey,

through a time where I constantly battled with my body.

 

Then I became fixated on achieving the 'toned' look, convinced that working out more and eating less was the key to result, but was it? No it wasn't (not at all).

Now, with a decade of experience and all my certifications under my belt, my passion now lies in liberating others from this draining cycle.

 

And I truly believe only together we'll break free and discover a sustainable path to lasting wellness.
