Find your daily motivation in things you enjoy doing.

If you want to accomplish your objectives and give it a 100%, there is one essential thing that must stick with you and that is motivation.


Being motivated will help you overcome laziness, procrastination and minor (day to day) failures.


People become motivated by different things: some are motivated by avoiding failure, yet others by attaining success. Neither is wrong!


If you remember that balance with some key elements is important, then you sure can stay focused and motivated. Find things you enjoy doing, activities that lift you vibration to a higher level and find time to pause - to relax and listen to your inner voice.


1. Passion

Be passionate about the things you do on a daily basis outside of work (yes, like an afternoon program for kids ;) ). Why? Because,

- It will boost your performance at work.

- It will increase your confidence.

- It will make you more resilient.

- It might make you smarter.

- It can serve as a form of mindfulness.


2. Habits

Creating a routine can help you accomplish your goals. So, waking up in the morning at the same hour, having the same work schedule and so on will help you be more organised and be more productive. One of my best healthy habits I manage to implement into my daily lifestyle is my home-based workout I never skip (even on my rest days I do something like pilates, yoga, some sorts of outdoor activities, etc. Set your priorities and be amazed by the results it brings :).

3. Focus

You may find yourself with lots of tasks on your to-do list.

Try ticking off one thing at a time to avoid having five half-finished tasks at the end of the day. Take one task at a time and always concentrate your entire attention on it. Don’t shift focus until the task is completed. Sound like a very simple method, but trust me, it does take all of you to do it :).


4. Remind yourself why the task at hand is important

What will it help you achieve? Is there any better way you can do it?

Answering these questions will help you eliminate doubt and think more clearly. It will be easier to follow through and finish the project or task.

And how i do it? So, when I dedicate myself to accomplishing an objective, I always take a pen and paper (yes,I am an old-fashioned person :D) and write down all the reasons why I want to accomplish it. It will take five minutes to think about the impact it will have on your life.


5. Just do it, even just for five minutes

If you’re in one of those lazy phases when doing something seems almost impossible, the best thing you can do is to get started. Always tell yourself that you’re going to be doing it for five minutes. Once you get started, it will become a lot easier to continue. That's how i do things around here :) It’s kind of logical, I know, but it can be really helpful. I know that I myself have been faced with moments of “productivity-paralysis”. I wanted so badly to get things done, but something was stopping me from getting started. If it really doesn't not lead you to anything - then leave it there and continue the day after. Do not force, pause & simply let it be!


Now get things done, love yourself and enjoy the surrounding. This moment will never come again.
