No one can force you to exercise daily, eat healthy and be mindful about everything you do.
It's totally up to you. You can do it. Or you can not. But I can sure give you some simple guides to overcome struggles.
And today I am here to share my 'cheat code' ;)
It's all about building muscles so I advise you start lifting weights. Gradually from light to heavy. All you need is consistency. The results come when you least expect.
Remember, the more muscle you build, the easier is to lose weight.
Build muscle and eat more food - you don't have to diet to look better.
Bottom line - building muscle = my cheat code.
