Nature will heal (self love)

I’m one of those people who spends time outdoors all year round and I'm blessed the place I currently live in has so much to offer. Nature is just stunning. So I get the opportunity to improve and work on my self-love too.


1. Start spending time outdoors

I believe we were meant to be in nature and I love being outside. I love outdoor activities, my sports, and I do it outside as much as I can (beside my daily home gym workout). Connecting with nature, being physical and exercising, it’s critical for me. It helps me clear my head. And it’s probably the number one way I can de-stress.


2. Your attitude will change

Being in the great outdoors makes a huge difference in my attitude. Fresh air, the birds, the trees, the lakes and the rivers, ooohhh. Even when it’s below zero, I feel like I’m in sync with something so much greater than me. Don't you agree? A lot of the mental and physical benefits I get from my outdoors and it's not just the outdoors itself, it's the experience I get every time I connect to nature. It does changes my attitude, towards myself, my body as well others and the environment. And it is the fact that 'nature heals'.

3. Just go out

You don’t even have to exercise while you’re outside to reap the benefits of nature. A leisurely stroll will help improve your health, too. Studies have shown that taking time to unplug and be outside, with no goal beyond just experiencing the world around you, has a positive effect on our well-being. Even when we're recovering, being able to see the natural world, even through a window, or spend time in a garden can help you heal faster ( and I must admit I love my garden and everything that plants and fruits of garden offer). It's just simply amazing. To me, outdoors provide a place for me to destress, to get in the line with gratitude and acceptance of who I am and who I am becoming. But mostly to appreciate every day along my personal journey, we call it life.


Stop spending time on moaning and jealousy and take control over your life.

Again, you only get the opportunity to live once (what is beyond that, we do not...not yet).


Just take a walk and observe the world around you, listen to the sounds.

Let your mind relax and better health will follow, trust me.


The key to your step forward is healing. Healing on all levels.

Remember, our energy system speaks to us. If only we listen. If you do, then you know eat follows in order to achieve your best health.
